BIRD WEEK
From a painting by Brigette Adell Parzych

Every day there is a reason to sing

To be joyful

The way a bird sits atop the smallest branch

Nothing can take away the abandonment of gravity

Yet the birds suspend our belief

Everything is possible under the stars

Every day all we need

To do is

Embrace our true colors

Let go and fly
